Kelowna Transfers offers private airport shuttle service daily to Big White from the Kelowna International Airport (YLW), the Greater Kelowna area, as well as intermountain shuttle services from all ski lodges and resorts in British Columbia.

Our private shuttle vehicles are all 2025 model year or newer and include All Wheel Drive powertrain, studded winter tires, daily commercial inspections, and include a professional, commercial shuttle driver well versed in winter and mountain driving. All private shuttle vehicles are equipped with leather interior and guest controlled bluetooth audio for the drive up to the mountain. Guests can choose from luxury SUVs or 14 passenger luxury vans. These private shuttles provide our guests with a comfortable and secure way to reach the mountain while enjoying a premium, stress-free ride.

Our private, luxury ski shuttles allow for flexibility with the pickup time of your choosing, including late night arrivals. All private Big White Ski Resort shuttles include a 1 hour stop for groceries and supplies before departing the city if desired.

We used Kelowna Transfers on a recent team event, taking us from the Kelowna International Airport to Big White Ski Resort. We organized everything on very short notice, only two days before our travel date and their team was incredible! They responded quickly and hopped on several phone calls that day to ensure all of the details were covered. On our travel day our flight was delayed by over two hours out of Calgary and we received updates via text message assuring us that we would not be left high and dry.Upon arrival in Kelowna, we received a lovely welcome message and the driver met us in arrivals and helped with our baggage to the vehicle.The vehicle was spotless, our driver was very professional and even gave us bits of information about the city of Kelowna and what we could expect at Big White for our short stay there.All in all, I would highly recommend using Kelowna Transfers and we will be contacting them again for any transportation needs when we head back to Kelowna!

We came to Kelowna to check out wedding venues and two local ski hills, Silverstar and Big White. We hired Kelowna Transfers for 2 days to take us around the city and up the mountains. All we can say is WOW, this company and our personal driver Shiloh were amazing. They supplied us with a luxury SUV and Shiloh showed us all around the city. He waited patiently while we met with the venues and we appreciated his insight into the skiing scene, especially Big White. Thank you Kelowna Transfers for the amazing service. We’re already planning on using this company for our wedding in 2026

I would like to highlight the great service my husband and I received from this company. I booked a vehicle to take us from the Kelowna airport to our accommodation at big white ski resort. The lady I spoke with at this company was extremely professional professional and provided all options and suggested the best time to arrange our shuttle. When our flight landed in Kelowna, they were at the airport terminal to meet us and even helped with our bags as we loaded up the vehicle. Our driver David was extremely kind and stopped at three stores for us to pick up supplies as we were heading to the resort for nine days.This was a great way to begin our trip in Canada. We have now booked our return trip with this company as well. If anyone is going to big white to ski, I would recommend contacting Kelowna Transfers.

I had a fantastic shuttle back from Big White today. Called Kelowna Transfers last minute needing a ride down the mountain back to Kelowna and they sent a private vehicl right away! My driver was fantastic and the vehicle was new and clean and even spoiled me with massaging seats. I had called two other shuttle companies before Kelowna Transfers and neither wanted to pick me up. Kelowna Transfers was the only company that said yes and helped me out. I highly recommend Kelowna Transfers and will only use them for my Kelowna shuttles moving forward. We hired Kelowna Transfers with less than an hour's notice and the person on the phone was so kind and set us up with a private vehicle right away! Our driver Casey was so kind and pulled up to the airport with a Mercedes bus just for us. OMG it was such a great ride up and he even stopped at a Starbucks to get us a coffee on the way! We're working up at the mountain this winter and will use Kelowna Transfers for our return. Ask for Casey!I highly recommend this company, they are so professional and communicate fast.
