At Terravita Kitchen you will find naturally leavened breads made with freshly milled flour ground from organic BC grains. Our sourdough bread is baked fresh daily and is available for purchase at the front as well as being an integral part of our menu.

We source local butter, cream, milk, fresh eggs and use organic cane sugar. The flavors of our muffins, brioches, scones and bars will take inspiration from the seasons and showcase our area’s fruits and vegetables. We hope to offer treats that you can feel good about indulging with.

Terra and Rob run a small-scale, certified organic farm located in Revelstoke, just 5km from the restaurant. They specialize in heirloom vegetables and the crops are grown using ecological and sustainable practices. Freshly picked organic vegetables and eggs are delivered to the restaurant almost every day.

Our menu begins with the soil and we respectfully acknowledge the people, traditions, and culture of the unceded territory on which we farm. The land of the Sinixt, the Sylix, the K’tunaxa and the Secwepemc.
